Today’s employee operates in a fast-paced, complex, and constantly changing workplace. This course includes the Everything DiSC assessment that provides you with a better understanding of your and others' work preferences, helps you understand what drives others’ behaviors, and gives you insights and strategies to interact more effectively with others.

​

DISC assessments are behavioral self-assessment tools based on the 1928 DISC emotional and behavioral theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston. The tools are designed to predict job performance.
