The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy is an independent, nonpartisan, membership, educational, think tank, and skills building organization dedicated to support programs that promote public interest and empower great leaders of great purpose who are expected to be strong enough and wise enough to advocate and implement policies deemed to transform organizations, communities, nations, and our world.

USILD carries out its mission by:

• Maintaining special programs deemed to promote interest and develop expertise in the next generation of corporate, political, diplomatic, and foreign policy leaders; 

​

• Convening meetings at its headquarter in Washington, DC, and other cities where senior government officials, members of political spheres, global leaders, and prominent thinkers come together with USILD members to discuss and debate major leadership and international issues; 

​

• Supporting Study Programs that fosters independent research, enabling USILD scholars to produce articles, reports, and books and hold roundtables that analyze foreign policy issues and make concrete policy recommendations; 

​

• Sponsoring Independent Task Forces that produce reports with both findings and policy prescriptions on the most important leadership and foreign policy topics; 

​

• Providing up-to-date information and analysis about leadership, and international politics on its website, usild.org; and 

​

• Maintaining special programs deemed to  empower leaders expected  

•  expertise of standing up and speaking out for the sake of liberty and justice, and expertise of changing the outcome for the sake of peace and well-being of humanity.
